All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

Their basic facilities are upto the mark- rooms are good, nice and clean, their food is quite good, their staff is well mannered, helpful and customer-centric, their room services are good. So all the very basics are taken care off in a well manner and its really a value for money.

Location is certainly the main concern, as it is situated in quite an extreme corner of Jaipur but nothing can be done about that.Though, if Mansarovar Hotel wants to move up the ladder, they will have to improve on - 1.Parking space, as it is very less, 2. a well defined Garden with a sitting space for families to enjoy their evenings/nights, 3. Faster catering services, 4. Need to have sound provisions for Internet access or Wi-Fi all the time, as it was not there when we visited and that means cutoff from all communications that are very much needed all the time in the present day-to-day life!

There is No Lift in the Hotel The Hot Water Geysers were being put when we arrived. Firstly, we were asked to stay in one such room where there was no hot water. I had to request and wait for 1 hour to shift us to one such room where the geyser was just installed. The Size of Non AC rooms are very small. I think whatever is sold very cheap on this website is not even suffecient for 2 people to stay

The hotel is conveniently located in the Mansarovar area, which is only around 12 km from the city railway station. It is also situated near the airport, making it easily accessible for travelers. the rooms are well, maintained and offer a comfortable stay. the staff provides good service and is customer, centric. the hotel offers a nice breakfast spread and has clean bathrooms.

No service very bad room pls dont advaice this hotel to other customer. Very bad location no lift since it is three floors

The staff were good and kind, the hotel was close to the airport, the rooms were clean, they helped us book train tickets, they gave us good directions

The hot water tap did not work, we could not have a bath because the water was cold. They did not have a choice of traditional meals, and not much of variety of food. We were given the 4th floor to stay, without any lift(elevator)

Clean and Affordable Stay During my business trip, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel at a very reasonable price. the location of the hotel was great for me as it was close to my work meetings. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the staff was very cooperative and friendly. the amenities offered by this hotel were also beyond my expectations.
